Care Group Cardiologists Join Westview Hospital

Cardiologists Gregory J. Mazanek, M.D., F.A.C.C. and Russell P. Valentine, M.D., F.A.C.C. have joined Westview Hospital's medical staff and will provide cardiology consultation services to our patients.
 Dr. Mazanek obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburg Health Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His subspecialties include cardiac catheterization, nuclear cardiology and consultative care. He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology, and completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Mazanek's academic appointments include a fellow with the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Heart Association.
 Dr. Valentine obtained his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis. His subspecialties include cardiac catheterization, cardiac transplant and clinical research. He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology, and completed a cardiology fellowship at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He is also a member of the American College of Cardiology, fellow of the American College of Physicians, American Heart Association, Indianapolis Medical Society, Subspecialty Board of Cardiovascular Diseases and Indiana State Medical Association. Dr. Valentine is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine.
